RETURN POLICY:

Not happy with your Reasonably Shady purchase? We are here to help! We will accept new, unworn merchandise for return and refund/store credit only (no exchanges).

PLEASE REMOVE MAKEUP BEFORE TRYING ON PRODUCTS! Clothing and caps must not be worn, altered or damaged and must be free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant and perfume. Damaged and worn items will be rejected and will not be eligible for return.

  • Return requests accepted within 10 days of your order delivery.
  • All merchandise must be in new, unworn, undamaged condition.
  • Refund does not include the original shipping cost, only the cost of the product(s).
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
  • Product that was gifted, can only be returned by the original purchaser.
  • In the event your item arrived damaged or defective (we're deeply sorry!), please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.
